The decision that matters
The Viking uses far less floor length but asks the user to enter an upright vessel. The All-In takes more than six feet of length before required ventilation clearances, so delivery path and final placement matter.
Warranty and delivery
Plunge lists a one-year included warranty and in-home delivery for the All-In. Nordic Wave lists five years on the tub and one year on the chiller, free freight, and a 15-day return window for the commercial Viking configuration. Confirm the exact residential or commercial configuration before ordering.
What we still need to test
Noise at steady state, real cleaning time, app reliability, comfort across body sizes, and support response after installation. Until we obtain hands-on access, this is a documented specification comparison—not a personal-use review.
